5100 Call Server
Each 5100 Call Server can support up to 500 IP or analogue extensions and is supplied as standard with 4-16 voicemail ports and 1,500 hours of voicemail storage. Basic Auto Attendant is also included.

5108 Call Server
The 5108 Call Server is designed for both smaller businesses and remote offices of larger organizations providing physical connectivity for four analogue telephone extensions. The default capacity can be increased to support a maximum of eight extensions through the addition of four IP Phones. However, adding a 5108 Expansion Licence increases the capacity by a further four extensions, allowing a maximum of 12 IP phones or 4 analogue/8 IP phones to be supported.

PCS 580G
The PCS580 is the latest IP phone that has been developed by Splicecom. The full colour touch screen handset uses easy to use icons similar to that of a smart phone. Along with the standard phone features it also has many other features including Web, Intranet, IP Video/Web Cam & IP TV access and web-enabled content delivery.
PCS 560 & PCS 570G
Designed to complement other market leading and stylish IT equipment on your desktop, SpliceCom's PCS 560 & PCS 570G IP Phones combine looks, intelligence and desirability in equal measure. The world's slimmest desktop IP phones provide easy access to the benefits delivered by maximiser, SpliceCom's range of innovative and award-winning Unified Communications platforms.
SpliceCom's PCS 570G and PCS560 IP Phones has been designed to look great from every angle. The colour screen and multi-functional, context sensitive keys make the handset incredibly user friendly. The handsets are packed with features including; Mobility Control, Unified Directories, Personal Call History Logs, Message Retrieval & Playback, Call Recording & Personal Settings as well as the favourites screen offering BLF functionality from the screen allowing you to see who is on the phone and pick up group or individuals calls when busy at the press of a button.



IP 530
Splicecom's Entry level IP phone is a cost effective IP phone, perfect for users that have basic telephony requirements. The user features can be enhanced when used with SpliceCom's Vision User Portal enabling features such as BLF.
PCS 520
The PCS 520 has been specifically developed to meet the traditional telephony needs demanded of a maximiser system phone. Extremely easy to use thanks to its clear three-line display, ten pre-programmed system function keys and integrated voicemail management, the PCS 520 is a stylishly designed and fully featured terminal, offering a high level of maximiser specific functionality.
PCS 505
The PCS 505 is an attractively priced, business quality, desktop phone. Offering integrated voicemail management keys and system feature guide, the PCS 505 is SpliceCom's entry-level phone being ideally suited for both standalone, traditional, telephony requirements, or to partner with the PCS 60 or PCS 50 applications to enhance handset features.
Call Handling
PCS 60 and PCS 50
Running under Windows and Mac OS X (PCS 60), or Linux (PCS 50) this personal productivity application will run as an IP Softphone or Phone Partner. Connecting the PC to a maximiser Call Server, either directly, or via the LAN network, allows the PCS 60 or PCS 50 application to "partner" the PCS 520, PCS 505 or an analogue phone connected to a maximiser Phone Module. Phone calls can then be placed as normal from the telephone keypad, or made via the PCS 60 or PCS 50. Access to Web enabled applications, Intranet based information, IP Video/Web Cam images, speed dials/busy lamp field/direct station select, directory access, messaging and call progress are then all provided in a similar manner to the PCS 580G. PCS 60 and PCS 50 can also be used to partner the PCS 570, PCS 570G, PCS 560 & PCS 100 IP Phones. The PCS 60 and PCS 50 application can also be used in conjunction with a USB or Bluetooth headset or telephone to provide a fully featured IP Softphone solution.

PCS 60 Operators Console
SpliceCom's PCS 60 Operators Console has been specifically designed to elevate business productivity and enhance the overall company image at the main point of customer contact by delivering an improved operator service. By utilising the standard PCS 60 application and expanding its capability through the addition of the Operators Console Licence, SpliceCom's PCS 60 Operators Console has been specifically developed to partner PCS 560, PCS 570, PCS 410, PCS 100, PCS 520, PCS 505 or existing analogue phones.
The PCS 60 Operators Console can be deployed in single screen or dual screen modes, runs under the Microsoft Windows and Apple Mac OS X operating system and can be alternatively used with a USB/Bluetooth, handset/headset as an IP Softphone. The PCS 60 Operators Console can also be deployed with a touch-screen monitor to deliver direct operator control.
Splicecom Mobility
We're no longer tied to our desks, many people spend at least some of their time, on the road, working out of another office, working at a client's or customer's premises or working at home. Modern business communications needs to change to meet the needs of these new working practices and that means not missing an important call even when you're away from your desk; be it on the other side of the office – or the other side of the world. Splicecom offer a wide range of mobility solutions to meet the ever evolving demands of modern business.
Office Mobility
Splicecom offers comprehensive call forwarding facilities, including Dual Ringing. This allows your deskphone and an alternative, usually your mobile, to ring simultaneously so you can choose which device you take the call on. By taking this approach you no longer need to remember to forward your phone calls when you're away from your desk, and to remove the divert when you return. You can also choose to set Forwarding/Dual Ringing of your DDI calls only, or both DDI and Departmental calls. This means that every employee can be contacted by DDI and opt to handle Departmental calls, wherever they may be.
Hot Desking
If your company is spread over multiple locations, Splicecom's unique distributed, single system architecture allows true Hot Desk facilities for employees moving between sites. Allowing your personal attributes to be automatically set and DDI calls, Departmental hunt group calls and voicemail to be delivered to you wherever you choose to work, totally independent of geographical location.
Extension Anywhere
SpliceCom's wide-range of Extension Anywhere solutions allow Splicecom users' access to full business telephony facilities, wherever they may be; in the office, working from home or on the road. Extremely cost-effective, simple and easy-to-implement and use, Extension Anywhere delivers a consistent user "experience" and is totally independent of handset - analogue, mobile or IP Phones can all be used - and delivery, which can be over traditional PSTN, GSM/G3 or IP/VPN services.
Homeworking
SpliceCom's PCS IP phones can also be deployed for home use. This includes the PCS 60 application, which turns any Windows or Apple Mac OS X computer into a fully featured IP Softphone. Extension Anywhere means that calls to your DDI and Departmental numbers will always reach you, no matter where you are.
One Number
Both Dual Ringing and Extension Anywhere support One Number as a standard feature. This means that your employees no longer have to give out their mobile or home numbers to be contacted when they're out of the office.

While the majority of our customers opt for the rip out and replace approach to upgrading their system, the Splicecom allows a unique migration path that integrates your existing system with the Splicecom.
INDeX Migration
Launched by SDX Business Systems to critical acclaim in 1995, acquired by Lucent Technologies in 1998 and then spun-off within the Avaya portfolio in 2000, sales of the INDeX business telephone system finally ceased in June 2006. With SDX's former Managing Director and Sales & Marketing Director being founder members of SpliceCom – Frank Bretherton & Jeremy Cooke respectively – it's perhaps unsurprising that SpliceCom have put together a technology upgrade path and commercial pricing package, based on maximiser, that's second to none.
SpliceCom's evolutionary approach allows existing INDeX customers access to all the business benefits associated with IP Telephony and Voice over IP whilst still retaining the investment made in their existing telephone system.
